We have seen that EVERYBODY has sinned.  That includes you and me.  We have seen that the "wages", or result of sin is death.  We have also seen that God loves us so much that He gave His own son, Jesus, to die for us, to give us Salvation. 
We would encourage you to pray - simply talking to God - and tell Him that you admit you are a sinner.  Tell Him that you are sorry for your sins, and ask Him to forgive you.  A sample prayer might look like this...

Father, I know I'm a sinner.  I know I cannot save myself.  I ask you to forgive me of my sins, and I want you to be the Lord of my life.  Lord, I commit my life to you, to live for you, and to belong to you.  Thank you, Lord, for saving me from my sins.  (Amen)
